Surly Office Guy
There is nothing worse than a nerdy, bald, pink shirt wearing office guy. He reminds me of Milton from Office Space (minus the glasses) and a series of painting with pleasently plump people, painted life-size, that I remember from my travels to Europe that I can't quite think of his name at this moment.
Sorry if this is a long and drawn out story...I hadn't planned on entering
this week. Since it rained all weekend, I was able to really to finish up a lot of my projects. While I am waiting for my final supply to arrive so I can start me Back Tack III project, I thought I'd test out a bunny pattern I found. Yes, Office Guy with supposed to be a bunny, that's why he is pink...I had always planned on making it surly, whether I submitted it or not. When the shape was forming, it just came to me. It needs to be a guy, it needs to be wearing a workshirt, he needs to be bald and he needs to be submitted into Whiplash week 2.
I love that he is so small and I had fun "drawing" with the embroidery. I do want to try this pattern again, and this time I will actually make a bunny.

he just needs his stapler....

He looks like he's striding out of his office yelling, "Who has a case of the Mondays?" Har har har. The balding head was a brilliant bit of stitchery, too.
